Originally from Buffalo, New York, Kathleen holds a BA degree in History and Political Science from D'Youville College in Buffalo. After raising a family of three children, she honed her interpersonal and business skills as a Fitness Director, program supervisor, personal trainer and fitness instructor at The Buffalo Athletic Club (BAC) and The Buffalo Club, plus served as past Director of Southtowns Montessori School in Buffalo.
Kathleen is active in her industry, and continues building her knowledge and connections as a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Florida Association of REALTORS® and the Sarasota Association of REALTORS®. She also earned the prestigious GRI (Graduate REALTORS® Institute) designation in 2010.
Kathleen and Brian happily moved to Sarasota from Buffalo, NY where they were also active in their communities as president and members of the Ellicottville Ski Club, members of Wanakah Country Club and The Buffalo Club in Buffalo, NY. They are currently members of the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce and The Ritz Carlton Members Club and are supporters of the Sarasota United Way and other causes. The couple loves the Sarasota lifestyle, with cycling, kayaking, fishing, boating, stand-up paddle boarding, hot yoga and gardening among their favorite pastimes.
